Part of this blog will be to share feel-good content to help remind us of the good in our work. Constantly moving at 100 knots per hour can often distract us from our purpose and why we followed our heart into aviation in the first place. I came across this not long ago and fired this off into every group text I was in. Southwest has a special place in my heart; I believe in the power of a positive workplace culture and empowering employees to think they matter. I will save more on this topic later, but this is just an example of "The Southwest Way" at work!
